Yes Quibids is legit. They are one of the most popular penny auction website in the world. You do not get to be the best by cheating people.

I use Quibids personally and can verify that it is not a scam. I have received all items that I have won. I have never had any issues with them in the 4 years I have been a member of the site.

How much does it cost? 

The bids cost $0.60 each and to start you must buy the starter bid pack for $60.00 which is 100 bids. After that first bid pack you can buy or win more at the same price of $0.60. How does Quibids Work?

Quibids is a penny auction website. Penny auctions allow you to win items for ridiculously low prices by charging people to bid on the item. Each bid cost $0.60 but only rises the price of the auction by 1 penny. This is how they are able to provide you with deals of a lifetime.  This is how all penny auctions work. It is important to realize that penny auctions are nothing like the auctions on Ebay. This is made clear by how the timers work. Every time a bid is placed in the auction the timer which starts out at 20 sec is reset giving everyone a fair chance to out bid you. This eliminates the possibility of people trying to cheat the auctions by truing to snipe it. As the auctions continues the timer will grow shorter from 20 sec all the way down to 10 sec.
